The Green Initiative Committee is looking for enrolled students who are passionate about environmental sustainability and willing to bring innovative solutions to UNC-Charlotte. Applicants should be willing to serve for at least one year, beginning in Fall 2008. We require that new members come to at least one meeting per month, and devote at least 5 hours per week to the committee.

 We need people who can do website management, research, advertising, public relations, grant writing, public speaking, group facilitation, and more.

The Green Initiative Legislation is attached to give you an idea of some of the tasks for which we're responsible. Please send John Avery the following information @ jpavery@uncc.edu by April 20th at 5PM. We will interview every applicant next week, and we will announce the new members on April 28th.
